Thomas Kerr

Producing illustration since 1988. Graduated from the Alberta College of Art & Design and Graduate degree from SVA's, Illustration as Visual Essay (MFAI). My illustration is published widely in the United States news media with editorial illustration featured on the Oped pages of many national newspapers. This work has also been syndicated by United Media and currently, Now What Media via the INX group. I am a tenured professor at St. John’s University, teaching drawing & Illustration. My name is featured on the masthead of The Wave, where I contribute a weekly editorial illustration to it's oped page. It is New York City's oldest weekly newspaper. My motivations are simple, I love to draw, dislike political and corporate corruption and intend to continue visually commenting and exploring the world via drawn media until such time as I cannot.
